Operations platform
The Better Ranking operations platform is an internal suite used by authorised Better Ranking staff to deliver SEO and related services. It is not a public self-serve product for the general public.
Access is at admin.betterranking.co.uk. Sign-in is restricted to approved accounts.
What the platform does
Authorised users can connect Google accounts (where required) and use modules that help operate client and owned websites:
Search Console overview
Connect Google Search Console to review clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position across client and owned properties in one place.
Keyword Tracker
Monitor ranking positions, movement, and keyword groups for projects you manage.
Communications
Handle lead inbox and delivery outbox for websites that use Better Ranking endpoints.
Scraper
Run place and business extractions to support outreach and research workflows.
Google account access
When you connect a Google account, the platform may request read-only access to Google Search Console data so we can show performance for properties you already manage. We use that data only to provide and improve these operations features for your authorised use — not to sell data, and not to serve ads.
You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
